A. Since she did not start in the Industry & as a Lawyer & a woman having to learn about derivatives markets

A. Appreciating that everything is part of an ecosystem.  No individual piece stands on its own.

A. You do not need to be focused on where you plan to retire from.  It’s about a lot of little steps that have to make sense at the time

A. Trying to convince her 11 year old how great that Futures Markets are!
